"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"Beautiful location, very welcoming and friendly hosts. Lovely cosy property, very clean and tidy. A good size for the two of us and Charlie the dog. Ideally situated for some awesome walks. Definitely looking to go back in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone."

"Very nice quiet location, only one real gripe, power shower could do with upgrade, but bath was lovely, rooms upstairs nice and warm heating very good, wood burner was prepared for use by owner, nice touch
