"Front desk person Heidi was so unhelpful. She never pointed out hand written sign in Danish giving WiFi. Neither the sign in Danish that the luxurious dinning room had no alcoholic drinks. We said no to breakfast which she put on our bill anyways Dinner was so unbelievably slow that people were knocking on the kitchen door. This is a magnificent property but they need staff who are trained."

"The room was clean and functional...well located. Suggest a full length mirror either inside the closet or on the side. The only one was small and round and for tall clients"

"Everything worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable and car parking was easy and free. Thank you for that! Wasn’t clear that there would be three rooms sharing the one bathroom. Unfortunately there was a smell of drains in the bathroom, the filter on the sink tap was missing (water going everywhere and had impurities). The chairs in the room and on landing had seen better days 😀 but the bed was comfy 😊"
