The rooms are very clean and basic. The receptionist spoke English to me which I appreciated as my French is very bad. The breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced.

We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the stadium for the semi-finals of mens soccer. The parking was free, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and there was a breakfast included in my fare. ACE hotel had exactly what we needed!

Decent Hotel, Bad location

The hotel was decent, perfectly acceptable & clean. It had the best price for breakfast (€9.90) out of the 16 hotels on our trip. The main drawback is that it's in a sketchy area. Our van had its rear window smashed out the first night we were there. Nothing stolen because there are metal plates behind the winndow.

Basic cheap hotel

It is a very basic hotel. Cheap, but you get what you pay for! No amenities, just a bed and a bath. Could really use a kettle in the room for coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name but he was there all three days of our stay.

Perfect for a one night stay just outside Lyon while driving to the south. Staff were nice. Price was great. Room size was fine for 2 people. There’s a small parking area. There are a few restaurants close by in the area, but we didn’t go to them. It was clean enough and the beds were uncomfortable but not the worst of my trip through France, so in comparison to others they were fine. It’s like the Ryanair of hotels (you get the room and bed, no extras, no frills lol), but I would definitely stay again.

Modern and very clean hotel, well- maintained and comfortable beds. The hotel is basic and lacking in the usual items found in virtually all North American properties, i.e. - no microwave, fridge, coffee maker or ice. This, however, appears to be the norm in Europe unless one stays in an "Apart- hotel". Otherwise, very satisfactory.

This is not somewhere I would stay again. The air conditioning did not work and it was hot. There were only bath towels and no hand towels. Carpets need replacing in the rooms and hallways. We did not like the overall feel of this hotel and nor the area it's in. The only plus were the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Not quite in the city, but a simple bus trip on the #12 from 100 metres away from reception takes you straight in. Clean and comfy

Didn't research the area and it ruined our night here. Filthy all around the hotel including dead animal and definitely not an area I felt safe in. Made it through the night but didn't experience anything we wanted to in Lyon. Sheets and towels were stained. The one bright spot was a decent breakfast
