"The charm of the “Gite Pot of Wine is matched by the charm of its warm, friendly generous owner Patricia Grolet. The cottage is located in Lancie, a small town on the outskirts of Fleurie in the heart of the Beaujolais “Grand Cru” country. The cottage is much more spacious than the photos indicate with large rooms both upstairs and down. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were the most comfortable we have encountered during our many trips to France.The WiFi was lightening fast...

"Liked the property generally. The staff was very nice, made good recommendations. The air conditioning was not working well, which made it uncomfortable in the room. Also, there were a minimum of electrical outlets, which made it somewhat difficult to keep things charged. Finally, The shower design was poor."
