Bonne adresse proche de Lyon

Chambre familiale agréable (lit double adulte grand et trÚs confort). Manque juste un verrou à la porte de la SDB. Piscine trÚs appréciable!! Service général agréable. Carte du restaurant trÚs bonne (service du soir). Menu enfant « classique » mais avec de bons produits. Petit déjeuner varié. Adresse à retenir !!

Comme d’habitude je viens dans cet hĂŽtel (pas par choix). Et depuis des annĂ©es il n’y a toujours pas une fontaine Ă  eau Ă  disposition pour le clients malgrĂ© les remarques Ă  rĂ©pĂ©titions. C’est quand mĂȘme inadmissible mĂȘme un hĂŽtel Ibis ou un kyriad fait mieux que Best Western lĂ  dessus. Alors vous pouvez toujours aller demander de faire remplir votre gourde au bar, mais il vous faudra parfois attendre 20min pour que le barman arrive, et il n’est pas disponible 24h/24 donc ce n’est pas une solution. Alors faites un effort svp, le prix d’une fontaine Ă  eau c’est le prix d’une ou deux nuits chez vous, et quand il fait 40°C dehors c’est quand mĂȘme apprĂ©ciable. D’autant plus qu’il serait bien que vous vous souciez un peu de l’écologie, alors oui c’est cool de mettre des stickers pour inciter Ă  rĂ©utiliser les serviettes de bain, mais mettre des bouteilles plastiques dans toutes les chambres c’est une aberration.

Gang fra hotel Der var papirkrus pakket ind i plast som tandkrus og hĂ„ndsĂŠbe pakket ind i papir - begge dele bliver smidt ud efter vores afrejse (1 overnatning) - meget lidt miljĂž venligt (tandkrus af glas samt en sĂŠbe dispenser havde vĂŠret et bedre alternativ Der var ikke lagt hĂ„ndklĂŠder frem til os alle

Es hat uns super gefallen. Wir haben das 3. Mal auf dem Weg in den SĂŒden dort ĂŒbernachtet. Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Alle sprechen englisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort zwischenstoppen!

MĂ©diocre ! ArrivĂ©e le dimanche Ă  18h j’apprends que le restaurant est fermĂ©, soit ! Mais Ă©galement le bar, impossible de prendre quoique ce soit mĂȘme sans alcool
 ce qui a semble surprendre l’un des membres du personnel le lendemain. Le lendemain au petit dĂ©jeuner, Ă  9h nettoyage de la terrasse au karcher rendant impossible son usage, donc obligĂ©e de s’enfermer dans la salle de restauration. Aucune table nettoyĂ©e, et la moitiĂ© du buffet vide. Pas d’Ɠuf : ils n’ont pas Ă©tĂ© livré  la machine Ă  cafĂ© dĂ©goulinante, une horreur. Un pauvre jeune, seul, tentant de palier mais n’y parvenant pas. Une rĂ©ceptionniste ne se sentant pas concernĂ©e. Bref, mauvaise expĂ©rience, trĂšs déçu par Best Western

La chambre n'etait pas disponible lors de notre arrivé. La chambre qui nous avaient été proposé du coup avec avec 2 lits simple alors que sur la réservation il y avait bien écrit avec 1 grand lit. Donc retour à l'acceuil pour changer de chambre. Sinon cÎté chambre, bien équipé. Réservation 2 personnes et une paire de tongs dispo.
