Lyon is great

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff who were very helpful with local information. Very convenient for two bus routes in to town. Would definitely stay again.

No complaints.

My first impression was of the cleanliness of the hotel, in all areas. As my visit was during the Covid pandemic it was very clear that the hotel had made every effort to protect its clients. Service was good and friendly. The room was adequate and comfortable. A huge, well fitted, and spotless shower room. Breakfast was excellent. Entrance to parking a bit narrow due to overgrown plants.

c'était une visite pour deux nuits à la rencontre avec nos amis à Lyon. Hôtel est bien positionné - la liaison avec Lyon est assurée par la bus N°9 (20 minutes). La chambre est petite mais propre. Par rapport d'hôtels au centre de Lyon la qualité/prix est correcte

Le grand hic de la chambre qui nous a été attribuée (numéro 21) à été le matelas à ressort car on sentait les ressorts donc pour bien dormir, je vous laisse deviner ! Je me suis manifestée à l'accueil et l'employé à téléphoné à son patron pour trouver une solution car dormir sur un matelas de ce type pas vraiment en vue du prix de la chambre (87 euros). Il a fallu insisté longuement pour qu'une autre chambre nous soit proposée, ce n'est pas normal du tout (l'argument, hôtel complet, pas vrai) ! La literie est l'un des points les plus importants et le patron devrait revoir ce point essentiel, à lui de voir ! En tout cas, nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel si la literie dans certaines chambres laisse à désirer. De notre côté, nous n'y retournerons pas. VH
