très bien, agréable séjour

Très agréable séjour. La personne à l’accueil était très accueillante et m’a accompagnée jusqu’à ma chambre en portant ma valise dans les escaliers. ( 1 côté des chambres a un ascenseur, l’autre côté, plus au calme n’en a pas). La chambre éteit propre et bien équipée avec une odeur agréable. Moi qui ait généralement du mal à dormir hors de chez moi, j’ai passé d’excellentes nuits. Le Centre Cepeq se trouve à moins de 15 minutes à pieds. Je recommande vivement!

Hôtel bien situé, le personnel est très sympa. La chambre est grande, avec vue sur la piscine. Le seul petit inconvénient vient du lit, l'alèse est trop épaisse, on a l'impression de dormir sur un morceau de plastique. La couette est beaucoup trop épaisse et comme maintenant il n'y a plus de draps dans les hôtels, vous passez du trop chaud avec la couette, a froid sans elle. Pour finir par un bonne note, le restaurant est très bon.

Si le personnel est fort agréable et serviable, j’ai regretté un état d’équipements très en dessous du prix de l’hôtel… pour 92€ la Nuit, je n’ai pas pu prendre de bain normal car le système est cassé et lorsque je l’ai signalé on m’a répondu « oui on a ce problème dans plusieurs chambres.. ». J’ai usé de stratagème pour arriver à me faire couler quelque chose (merci le Gobelet en plastique) et l’eau de mon bain était jaune (même après avoir longtemps fait couler l’eau…)… bref je n’ai pas pris de bain au final. On entend beaucoup ce qu’il se passe dans les autres chambres et sur le parking. C’est dommage car le cadre est chouette et agréable. N’ayant pas beaucoup de moyens, j’avoue que je regrette avoir cherché à me Faire plaisir parce que ça ne méritait pas 92€.

Fonctionnel et agréable.

Accueil agréable. Chambre spacieuse , lit confortable. Lumières faibles avec multitude d’interrupteurs au lieu d’un central. Lavabo retient peu l’eau. Problème pour l’hotelier Il faut faire couler l’eau du lavabo 2 à 3 minutes avant d’avoir de l’eau chaude d’où une grande consommation d’eau. Ensuite c’est O.K. Le rouleau de papier toilette a été fixé trop prêt du siege toilette et on se heurte dessus à chaque fois en s’asseyant. Trop d’espace laissé par le plombier entre la toilette et la douche. Receveur glissant sur les côtés. Il faut rester au centre. Dans l’ensemble pas de gros problèmes sauf tous ces interrupteurs qui ne donnent finalement que peu de lumière . Petit déjeuner correct et complet. Repas du soir bien.

Nous avions déjà réservé trois chambres au mois de septembre l'année précédente et nous étions satisfaits. Nous n'avons pas hésité à revenir, car qualité prix c'est très bien. En plus nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Proche de Lyon, personnel sympathique, très bon accueil du nouveau propriétaire. Nous reviendrons......... Pour un séjour de 2 nuits pendant le week-end de la Fête des Lumières en décembre 2018. Hôtel un peu excentré de l'agglomération lyonnaise, dans un endroit très calme mais plutôt recommandé si on y vient en voiture (néanmoins quelques bus des transports lyonnais semblent passer à proximité). Le parking est gratuit. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant, disponible dès notre arrivée en milieu de journée. La réception a des horaires, mais l'accès aux chambres se fait façon "Motel" (porte d'entrée de chaque chambre donnant vers l'extérieur) et donc nuit et jour. La chambre était plutôt spacieuse, propre et donnant une impression rénovée récemment. Bouteille d'eau et plateau de courtoisie fourni dans la chambre et présence d'un coffre. Très bonne impression générale et rapport qualité prix exceptionnel pour un séjour à 53 euro la nuit en 4 étoiles en pleine fête des lumières, là où les hôtels de centre-ville en profitent et exagèrent quelque peu sur les prix pendant la fête! Je n'ai pas usé du petit déjeuner ni du restaurant, ni du wifi pour ce séjour d'une nuit. Au vu de la saison, je n'ai pas usé non-plus de la piscine extérieure.
