Great welcome and super friendly staff!

I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe.

建物が古いのは仕方ないとしても、掃除が行き届いていないように感じられたところは残念でした。ただ、食事はおいしく、その点は満足でした。また、交通の便も良いと思いました。

Ne mérite pas trois étoiles

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres dans l'une d'elle la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas un petit ventilateur mis à la place, alors que la température extérieure était de 37 degrés, pour un trois étoiles ce n'est pas normal. De plus il fallait se battre avec la robinetterie de la douche pour avoir eau chaude ou froide. Le mobilier sanitaire est vieillot. Pour le prix demandé par chambre je chercherai un autre hôtel la prochaine fois que j'irai à Lyon.

Très déçue, je ne reviendrai pas !!!

La chambre était très très sale et beaucoup de traces sur les murs, portes, baignoire, toilettes....). Des cheveux, de la poussière... Le matériel très vétuste. Les serviettes et tapis de bain tres usés. Odeur de cigarette dans le couloir. La salle de bain est est équipée d'un paumeau de douche et jet au dessus, système complètement inutilisable, les deux fonctionnent en même temps, impossible de fermer un des deux donc pas pratique.

Horrible experience

I've been reserving different hotels in last 15 years and this was the worst hotel I've ever been. First, there were no heating during my 2-nights stay and outside was -4°C! There were one small heater in the room which couldn't heat anything, but only for one night, because it broke down. First night there were no hot water too, for shower, but I wasn't noticed, although they knew about that. At last there were one woman at the reception who was speaking decent English while I was checking-in, but suddenly forget it when I start complaining. She pretend not to know what means "heating" and just go away behind the door, refusing to talk, even I was just asking what is happening! Never again in this garbage hotel!
