Bon rapport qualité prix !

Hotel au bon rapport qualite prix. Le personnel est tres aimable et nous a rendu service notamment en amenant une table et un fer a repasser directement en chambre sans meme avoir demande a ce qu ils soient montes. Les seuls bemoles sont des petits problemes techniques : chasse d eau rafistolée, barre de douche qui ne tient pas bien etc

It is, to be fair, pretty basic hotel so don’t be expecting the Ritz. However, it’s in a great location for concerts/ sports events etc. and the bar area and breakfast was really good.

We stay here approx 6 times a year as we support Lou rugby. The stade de Gerland is a 5 min walk and therefore, this hotel is very ideal. Always clean,staff attentive at all times. The area around has been seriously cleaned up and renewed of late, great improvement. The hotel is what it is a budget stay and for us exactly what we want.

Bien mais certaines choses à revoir

Dans l’ensemble plutôt satisfait. Lit confortable, chambres calme, bien situé. Par contre j’ai eu très froid la nuit malgré que j’ai tenté de monté le chauffage, celui-ci semblait bridé. Sous la couette ça allait mais dès que je le découvrais et à la sortie de la douche il fait vraiment froid. Idem pour le petit déjeuner, est-ce que c’est parce que nous sommes arrivé à 9h30 et que c’était la fin, il y avait un air frais très désagréable. Le personnel est très accueillant mais doit trop faire de chose en même temps, 1 seule personne pour l’accueil, les petits dej, le bar… je pense que vu le prix des chambres le groupe accord pourrai faire un effort et mettre plus de personnel. Quand à la propreté globalement correcte sauf sous le wc qui était vraiment degueulasse (j’ai tombé un produit et je l’ai vu quand je l’ai ramassé) et un cheveux pas à nous dans le lit.

135 € la nuit sans petit déjeuner, alors que d'habitude c'est entre 80 et 90 € avec. Honteux de prendre en otage des clients régulier sous prétexte qu'il a un salon dans la ville, comme si tout le monde était là pour ça... Le service est le même, voire pire. Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre.

Arrivée très bien, dans la chambre, des poussières non faites, manque un balai pour wc afin de llaisser un wc propre pour le personnel de chambre qui n est pas notre « larbin » Gestion des petits déjeuners en période Covid non comprise, il faudrait respecter une logique de décontamination plus serieuse, (personnel qui va et vient de la réception sans se décontaminer les mains, client qui se sert du café car personnel non présent dans la salle et pas de décontamination de la machine, etc…) Cordialement Pierre BLANC
