Room a little basic with few amenities - no facilities for tea/coffee. Bit cramped for two but room clean and beds comfy. Location very good for visiting the hospital, which was the purpose for our stay. Breakfast nice with enough choice. Little hot food but can make your own eggs.

Friendly and convenient but chaotic! The hotel is really convenient, situated right outside the Hénon station (Metro line C) and the staff very friendly. However, when we arrived they appeared to have no record of our booking (three rooms) and although we paid for late check out (until 3pm) for one of the rooms, on the day we left, we returned to that room at 12pm and it had been fully cleaned, all our belongings moved around, and the door to the room had been left wide open (with all our belongings inside) as reception appeared to have no record of the late checkout booking.

Horrible smell in room from drains

Worn out rooms an there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drains that made de whole room smell. Staff was unbothered and not welcoming.

Le gros problème est le parking, il n'y a aucune indication pour se rendre vers les emplacements réservés à l'hôtel également pas de signalisation indiquant la direction de la sortie. De plus la porte basculante de sortie était bloquée.

Très mauvaise Literie. Douchette avec faible débit et difficile pour lavage des cheveux. Petit déjeuner sans reassort 45 minutes avant la fin de service : plus de pain, plus de brioche et pain de mie. Pas de plat chaud , pas de yaourt ni fruits frais. En bref impression de séjourner dans un " budget " alors que c'est noté "style". Pas au niveau.

Bon rapport qualité / prix. L’hôtel se trouve à côté du métro. La chambre était très petite mais fonctionnelle. Bonne literie et bien insonorisée. Le petit déjeuner était impeccable : beaucoup de choix, service sympathique et bon.

très bon rapport qualité/prix. personnels très accueillants et très sympathiques. séjour de 2 nuits en semaine. pas de bruit dans l'hôtel. garage très pratique car nous étions en moto mais il faut réserver avant l'arrivée. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les transports en commun. tout visité à pieds jusqu'à la gare Perrache mais après il faut remonter ! il faut être bon marcheur.

Formidable accueil. Merci au jeune homme qui nous a reçu. Hôtel très bien tenu. Chambre parfaite et petit déjeuner au top. Attention à bien réserver le parking de seulement 12 places sinon risque de galère pour trouver une place proche.

TB rapport qualité prix

Séjour de 2 nuits Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Lyon avec en plus PDJ inclus et à côté de la station métro Henon. Personnel accueil sympa En revanche problème de ménage car j ai signalé le matin que ma maman avait été malade la nuit etc mais en retrouvant la chambre le soir : draps laissés sales moquette sale et odeur terrible 😱 😬 mais par chance il restait une chambre donc on a pu changer - service du soir TB.
