Workers are very kind to answer my questions. Breakfast is good. various kinds of food are cooked. Dinner.meat is bit tough. To my regret secuity lock is broken .not locked well. very convienient to visit sightseeing spots.

The location of this hotel is great for Lyon and the history of the hotel is amazing. The bar in the hotel was a highlight. For a five star hotel (and the price per night) there were some significant downfalls: -One day after my room was cleaned the door to the room was not closed, was able to just open the door without scanning my key to get in -The courtyard has music playing 24/7, even with the window closed it was loud enough to make sleeping hard -For a hotel of this level not having the ability to chrome cast is unfortunate (making movies only available via renting seems like a cash grab) -At check out I was notified of charges for the restaurant and room mini bar on my room when I never ate at the restaurant nor used the mini bar during my stay Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to stay at in Lyon. Definitely take a tour of it if you’re visiting, but choose a different hotel for your stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are amazing! They even had a Christmas market being set up in one of the areas. Excellent service and you feel luxurious!

Pricey but well located and with spacious accommodations. The breakfast buffet was not worth it with mini croissants that has no taste among other things. Our suite was like a loft but oddly the larger closet was upstairs by the entrance and not downstairs where the bed was located.
