This beautiful 55m² apartment, on the 1st floor (without elevator), duplex, furnished and decorated.

The Space:
The original distribution of the rooms allows you to enjoy a large living space very brightly lit by a glass roof and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. The furnishings have been carefully chosen to make the apartment comfortable and pleasant. There is an upstairs bedroom in soothing colors, complete with cupboards, an open bathroom and a separate toilet.

The apartment's equipment is very complete, including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, wifi, etc.

Sheets and towels are provided.

The Neighborhood:
Artists' district at the bottom of the slopes of the Croix Rousse.
Ideally located in the first arrondissement of Lyon, near the Place des Terreaux, the Opera.
