Beautiful hotel with great staff! Super helpful and loved that we were there for the Taylor Swift concert and they were playing her in the lobby while also leaving goodies for us in the room! It was a perfect stay.

Staff was helpful and polite. We were there for a concert. The breakfast buffet was great and convenient. Not a lot of dining or activities around the hotel aside from the stadium, but a fairly easy drive to city center.

If you are going to an event at groupoma stadium this is the only option, in my opinion. It was so nice being able to leave the venue and walk in and buy a pizza and drink before going up to my room. Also the rooms are spacious and they had a great welcome gift! Thank you!

It was a necessity as our flight was cancelled so a last minute booking . Surprisingly okay except could not turn the air conditioning down as it was very hot in the room.

1 seule nuit pour la demi-finale de rugby du Top14. Très bon hôtel, personnel compétent et à l'écoute. Seul bémol, le coût prohibitif du parking.

Due to a trade show in the LDLC Arena (walking distance) I found this hotel. Probably much busier when larger trade shows and soccer matches are happening but it still had a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area. Room was very nice too. Sorry I could not stay longer, but duty calls me elsewhere....

Great location for watching a match at Groupama Stadium. My only complaint is that the restaurant was closed and the bar only had pizzas. In that location, I didn’t have many options for food, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was great when the restaurant re-opened the next day.

The staff at the Kopster are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed here for the Arsenal Women against Lyon game at the stadium, so its super convenient for that location. Theres a few restaurants nearby but thats about it. Will definitely stay here again if going to an wvent at the stadium or arena. Room was great, i couldnt fault anything about my stay!

Great staff & Room

Staff were very accommodating and allowed my client to leave bags behind the desk, check in early and booked them an early morning car transfer. The room was spacious and clean, but could’ve benefitted from a small fridge, milk for the coffee and stronger air con.

Que pour l’emplacement !

Clairement, on paye l’emplacement. À quelques centaines de mètres de l’Arena, c’est le seul atout de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont basiques pour 300€, pas une boîte de Kleenex, de cotons-tiges ou de cotons de démaquillage, rien. Une mini boîte de pralines de bienvenue, sympa, mais des amis ont eu la même chose dans un hôtel à 70€ à 10mn de là. Petit dej pas exceptionnel, obligé de redemander bacon et confiture, sinon ça reste vide. Pas de petites crêpes, ni autre douceur artisanale, le tout pour 19€. Et quand on repart on apprend que le T7 est en travaux, on se débrouille pour rejoindre la Gare, soit en taxi, soit covoiturage, l’hôtel n’a pas prévu de navettes. Bref. Seul le café en chambre a trouvé grâce à mes yeux, sinon c’est juste profiter des gens qui vont à un concert en face.

Très bon hôtel, literie, bonne qualité. On mange très bien au restaurant. En revanche payé 48 € pour un petit déjeuner je trouve ça démesuré. Sinon dans l’ensemble le personnel est très agréable et très poli.

Hôtel bien situé pour concert ou évents sportifs

Superbe hôtel bien situé à quelques pas de la salle de concert Arena et du stadium. Bien desservie pour aller au centre de Lyon en tram. Seul bémol climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas et une chaleur dans la chambre obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et bruyant à l’extérieur.

Un très bon séjour !

Venue avec mon fiancé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’accueil était chaleureux, tout le personnel que nous avons croisé était disponible, sympathique et agréable. Les lieux étaient propres. Le seul « point négatif » fut le ménage, dans la mesure où il est fait tôt et dans notre cas, nous entendions l’aspirateur passé dans la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre !
