"This cottage made for a fun and easy family get-away recently. It's conveniently located - close to shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the public beach in Old Forge, as well as hiking trails within walking distance or a short drive. Also very close to McCauley Mountain for skiing and mountain biking. The cottage was super clean from top to bottom. Check-in/out was easy and the owners were easy to contact if/when needed."

"Derricks property is very clean and well stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The home made bread that he made for us was delicious and the house was beautifully decorated. Would stay here again. "

"The cabin was top notch, clean, quiet setting, nice get away. Smaller room by the bathroom has a soft mattress and the Florida type room has a firm mattress. If flying in needing to rely on Ubers or food delivery, this isn't the place. I was barely able to get an Uber back out. Otherwise I'd absolutely rent again but only if I drive myself or rent a car. "
