Next to the kitchen is our fully remodeled bathroom complete with shower and fresh towels/eco friendly soap and lotion!

This cabin has been fully remodeled and ready for you to come and enjoy! Your cabin has a porch that is connected to the cabin next door, duplex style. If you have friends or other family members that would like to stay but need their own cabin please let us know has we have 9 other cabins throughout the property!

Guest Access:
If you are coming from Lyons you will turn left right after county road 80 onto our private drive. You will head down the road past the parking lot and continue to follow the one way dirt road all the way to the back of the property and around to the right. You will pass a garage and stand alone cabin. Keep going a little further and your cabin will be the second one back on your right with the green chairs on the deck. The cabin name is Cedar. Park in the unloading zone to get your things into your cabin and then continue to follow the one way road around back to the parking lot. It will be a short walk from the parking lot to your cabin. We wanted to keep the property quiet, peaceful and natural for all of our guests so you can enjoy all the property has to offer! Please feel free to check out our property but please be mindful of other guests. You are able to access this cabin with any type of vehicle although please think about the time of year you are coming and what areas you would like to go. Getting to some of the trailheads may require AWD or 4WD.

Cute/quiet getaway
This property was super cute and quiet. The fire pit by the river was super amazing and the stars at night were unbelievable. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us more than once threw email. Also very clean. Just a couple down falls, there were spiders in the cabin and we felt like we had been bit a few times in the bed. Nothing too serious we camp often just wasn’t expecting that in the cabin! Also I feel like the pictures can be misleading, it’s extremely small and everything is on top of everything. From everything in the cabin to the other 5 cabins surrounding, also there was a 10pm quiet curfew so I felt like that should have been mentioned. So we had to be super quiet & felt bad coming back from a late concert we had planned and a seance at the Stanley hotel as apart of a surprise for our anniversary! But other than that we loved it & now knowing the place & cabin we’d love to come back and just enjoy the cabin! Thank you so much for everything.

Scenic and Quiet River Cabins
Our cabin was very clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Loved that the grounds are kept dark to limit light pollution. Our only complaint is that there is no recycling. It makes me sick to be throwing plastic, paper, glass and aluminum into the environment ☹️

Perfect Getaway
This was a lovely cabin with all of the modern conveniences...no roughing it here. The best part was the lovely spots along the river with Adirondack chairs and gas fireplaces to sit and just be with nature and let the rhythm of the flowing river soothe troubles away.

Peaceful Get Away
What an amazing cabin! Walking distance to the river which my 13 yr son enjoyed after we bought him a tube! The property was beautiful and Heidi was so helpful with all my questions pre-stay. I would highly recommend staying here for a very peaceful get away! We will definitely be coming back!

Book this place!!
Love this place. Location was perfect for our hiking trips into RMNP, just 15 mins from Estes and 30 into the Beaver park entrance. House very well equipped to prep food on your own. Lots of little details thought of. Amazing fire pits by the river and we even soaked in the river after our hikes. Our cabin was close with others together but that didn’t hinder privacy. Felt very secluded and quiet. We will be back!
