"Great property conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Estes Park. Ten minute drive to the entrance of the RMNP, which is where we hiked every day. Layout of house was really nice. Kitchen was superbly stocked with anything you may need for cooking, even though most nights we ate out downtown. All in all it was a great place to stay and would rent again if we ever go back to Colorado."

"Fun home with beautiful views. Centrally located for hiking, shopping, and food. Comfortable sleeping (talk to the owner for mobility issues) and fully stocked linens and kitchen. Very clean. We loved the game table and large screen TV. Thank you for a great home away from home!"

"What a beautiful condo and great location to enjoy the east side of RMNP. We slept with the windows open to enjoy the sounds of the river flowing in the backyard. You'll enjoy watching the elk from the back deck. Falls River entrance was only a mile away making it super convenient. We saw lots of moose , elk, and a few bighorn sheep."

"The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer."
