"At first glance the place seemed clean. It could use a good deep clean. There was garbage between couch cushions, pet hair everywhere, needs to be dusted, and the floors seemed like they haven’t been swept. "

"It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!"
