Staff were pleasant and helpful. We got an upgrade. Close to town, beach, activities( boating lake, crazy golf etc) and places to visit. Lovely walk to Lytham, but it took about an hour, lots to see on the way.

Bed was comfy. However room was very hot and limited to small windows opening only a few inches. It’s a very quiet place until later in the evening when the entertainment starts for the children.
