"The bed was very comfortable, the room was big and clean but Our stay was unfortunately affected by a very unpleasant interaction with the front desk attendant. After traveling for many hours, we were exhausted and wanted to shower before going to bed. Since we were leaving again the following morning for another long trip, we also wanted to shower and wash our hair before heading out.
I politely went to the front desk and asked if we could have two extra facecloths and two extra bath towels....
