"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! "Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. "The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"My stay at the Movenpick was amazing!! Everyone was super helpful and nice all the time. Smiling and ready to make a positive impact. The poolside man at the front pool next to the beach, Mohamed and the other gentleman at the beach, Abit the driver, the gentleman that helped me at the arrival and when I was leaving with my bags, the Lebanese restaurant guys and the Cafe guys at night….. everyone was amazing!! Great stay, really worth it!! The hotel has everything amazing inside so you don’t have to leave, the beach at the deadsea is the best…. Service was impeccable!! Room was beautiful with a nice spot to sit down and have my afternoon and morning coffee while enjoying the view and sunset! Thank you so much!!"
