Although we had a small problem with the room on arrival the staff did above and beyond to solve it and compensate us

The entry to the hotel was difficult to find. After driving around several times we were told the closed gate is where we enter. There was no sign to indicate this the entry to Galei Kinert.

The room was with plenty of space for a solo traveler. The breakfast was not included to the plan but you can find one in the hotel restaurant or on the street. I did not find staff always in the front desk so I had to make a phone call to get out my car from the parking.

This hotel has been in operation for less than a year, yet it was run and operated as if it were in business for 50 years! Immaculate everywhere, welcoming, friendly and professional staff, who seem dedicated to making guests welcome and comfortable. The GM Suzan takes a personal interest in guests comfort, Yohatan, Omri, courteous outgoing and efficient concierge staff, Yasih and Dining room personnel pleasant and attentive. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Ohalo. We were given an upgraded new room with an amazing view of the Kinneret. The breakfast was terrific with a variety of salads, breads cheeses etc. when i asked about non-dairy options, the staff went to the market and bought items that I could eat. The place is beautiful and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend Ohalo!

Hotel was great, couldn't beat the location, right on the water front. Breakfast was outstanding, delicious and so much to eat. Only thing to be aware of is you can't drive right up to the hotel. You have to use public parking which is very close by and walk to the hotel a short distance. Quiet hotel imaculately designed. Superb service. Very tasty meals. 300 meters from the market. Easy driving distance from all sights near Safed & Sea of Galilee. Possibly slightly overpriced.

Very nice hotel; excellent food; good service. It was a bit noisy from street noise. The beds need better sheets and top sheets would be nice, but seems to be standard for Israel hotels. The staff was helpful and nice. The location was great with a view of the Sea of Galilee. Overall, we would recommend!
