"Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room ..."
