"We wished we never booked with this hotel whilst we was in Wadi Rum and would not recommend it. If we looked on tripadvisor beforehand and saw the reviews, it was the same experience we received and never would have gone ahead with the booking. The check in was an absolute mess. We got confirmation from Expedia and homeaway that the meeting point was at the wadi rum visitor centre. This isn’t the case and for future travellers it’s at a petrol station. "Ich war im Vornherein skeptisch, da Adresse und Koordinaten nicht übereingestimmt haben. Zudem kam keine Antwort vom Vermieter. Am Telefon hat FeWo meine Sorgen entkräftet, dass es keine Probleme mit der Unterkunft gäbe. Vor Ort haben wir die Unterkunft nicht gefunden. Nach langer Suche haben wir den Besitzer gefunden, der meine Buchung nicht erhalten hat und ausgebucht war. FeWo verweigert seit dem die Rückzahlung. Jegliche Begründung ist ein schlechter Scherz."
