"A really nice hotel in certain Rotterdam a few metres from lots of art galleries and cafes& restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Great views of the city. Staff were friendly and the bread buffet was excellent. Would happily return."

"The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor.
