The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The staff were fantastic—very helpful and accommodating. I’d recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Maastricht.
This was the perfect location for attending my daughters graduation. The room was cozy, clean and the staff was wonderful. I wish I would have known about Maison Haas on our other visits. Best place to stay in Maastricht.
Nice private pool and sauna (pay a one time fee for access during whole stay, requires scheduling with reception since they limit how many are in there at any time). Rooms are all unique and the location has great central access to the town.

Beautiful hotel in a great location on the square. Wonderful 4-day stay!
It was charming, with a superb staff. The location is in a great neighborhood of Maastricht. The Spa was a welcome experience after a long day of walking. Given that we weee there for four nights I wish I had gone every day I was there. May ext time!
A beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of all the action, but we never heard noise. Our bed was very comfortable, and our room thoughtfully appointed with bathrobes and slippers and high end toiletries. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend a stay!
The property is unique in its style, is perfectly located in the city. Breakfast was exceptionally good and reception personal was very professional and forthcoming.
Thank You
Lovely stay fantastic location, room 26 overlooking the square was wondrous fantastic view of the square and Christmas markets, a little noisy into the evening but that has to be expected.
The Hotel was in a brilliant location for Maastricht, so much so were always out and busy exploring it all on foot Thus we never sampled the Spa as we had intended to.
Would definitely return, if it could be booked for Andrew Rieu playing in the square it would fantastic.
The location of this hotel is wonderful. The spa was an excellent end to every day, but you do have to pay $25 per person to use it during your stay. We only booked a standard room. And it was nice. But, I feel maybe a little overpriced for what it was. Parking is also offsite so I would say, if you are coming by car, drop your luggage at the hotel first because it is a bit of a walk on cobblestone. You also pay extra for parking. That being said, we parked are car and didn’t use it our whole stay. We rented the hotel bikes and could comfortably tour the city on those. Because it is a charming older building, you can hear other guests when in the hallways and opening and closing doors… All in all, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Loved our stay at the Maison Haas Hustinx. Booked a Standard Triple Room, 2 Bedrooms, with Terrace just for a bit more room. The terrace had an incredible view St. John's church and the cathedral next to it. The hotel provided great directions to follow to get into the inner-city which is more of a pedestrian zone. The hotel offers a discount for parking nearby, but chose the parking lot across the street that was about 10 euros more just because that was so convenient. The bed was super comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud. Great ammenities and furnishings.
Very nice room. Great location. Shower/sink in living space not my thing - prefer enclosed bathroom. Plastic edges in shower grubby. Loud Christmas market club music til after midnight just outside window - again not my thing. Stairs to reception and again to room - not cool. Otherwise truly a nice experience.
This is a very unique hotel. It is comprised of several buildings that are connected. It is very clean, comfortable with a staff that goes above and beyond with their service. Breakfast was served in a delightful annex. The host there was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful regarding areas and museums we wished to tour. Our room was on a top floor with a terrace. Maastricht is such a delightful fairytale looking city and the views from our terrace over looked the church next door.
As mentioned before, it is a very unique property, but definitely would stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
I booked a standard room for 3 nights. I was there to move my daughter into her dorm for her semester abroad.
PROS- Very central location with numerous restaurants and shopping right in the square. The room was impeccable and clean. The King size bed took up most the room but that was perfect since we were mostly in the room to sleep. The daily bottle of water was a nice touch. You can only access the hotel entry with a key so it felt very safe. For check-in, they buzz you in.
CONS- the front desk in down 1/2 flight of stairs and then the elevators were back up that flight and the another 1/2 flight up. We had packed for my daughter’s 4 month stay so it was quite a challenge getting things to our room. I did have her wait at the entry with the luggage so we only had to take it up 1 time. The room storage and shelf space was a bit lacking so for a longer stay, it may be a bit inconvenient. There was an outdoor event being set up that took up the whole square so it was a bit inconvenient but not terrible. That was not in the hotel’s control but something to consider.
