"The staff was nice and helpful. We stayed in the older part of the hotel which was fine but a little worn. The bathroom fan ran constantly but wasn't a problem if the door remained closed. Located right across from the train station so it was convenient for our quick trip."

"Pros: Beautiful hotel with a beautiful outdoor green area. The staff is very friendly. Great breakfast. If you are looking for a Dutch experience, rent a bike and cycle to Maastricht centrum. Free parking. Cons: the room is not clean every day. If a re ting a bike, check the tires and lights work before going away. Overall good experience staying at this hotel."

"Location near the train station is excellent. Front desk staff generally very helpful. Luggage storage was so convenient and felt secure. Appreciated free fruit and coffee station seemed to work well. Stairs to the bathroom felt a little treacherous without a railing (could just be me). Room seemed clean enough to feel comfortable."
