*Roomy enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold) with great views of the lake while you bathe!

*Two rope hammocks hang from arbor for ultimate relaxation.

*Inside, enjoy the air-conditioned garage which has been converted into a man cave. Play PS3 or Wii Universe on the big screen, darts, ping pong, and snooker (English 10' x 5' pool table).

*Enjoy the comfort of the tempur-pedic king mattress in the master bedroom.

*Bedroom 2 has custom built in bunkbeds with 2 doubles on the bottom and 2 twins on top, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.


*The couch in the living room and in the gameroom each pull out into queen beds, with both having tempur-pedic mattress.

*Wonderful open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and dual ovens. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer.

*Large porch out the back door with seating and a gas grill.

*I have a 21' x 6' floating mat which is an amazing water toy.

*If the water level is 317.50 feet, we can easily launch from our dock.

*The lake is full at 322 feet above sea level. As of Feb 16, 2025, the lake level is 322.

*I have mooring whips on the dock if you wish to bring your own boat.

John's house was perfect for our lake trip. The location was great (less crowded part of the lake) and his Man Cave gave us plenty to do once the sun went down. We rented jet skis nearby and floated in shallow area by the dock.

We so enjoyed this rental. the homeowner so so welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the place was clean and the game room was a Godsend. it gave the kids something to do when they had too much sun time fishing and tubing. We will deffinatly stay here again. Thank you

Property was great! Booked house for my avid fisherman son and some of his friends for his birthday. We all swam and caught lots of fish. Host was super nice and responsive. We all had such a great time! Would definitely book again!

I came at the Lake house with the intention of having the best time with my friends and I sure did. It’s a really great place and you can enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. Just loved it! And the host was wonderful too!

We had an amazing time on our staycation. The pictures don't do the house justice. Would love to return. Our 4 year old was sad when we got back home and wanted to return to the star house. Definitely recommend!

This property was more than we had anticipated. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lake front views. John was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Easy check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The owner was very nice and easy to reach. The house was wonderful, we had plenty to do with the game room and outdoor area. The dock was very nice with three ways to enter the water…which is a huge deal for us! The lake was low so we were able to touch past the end of the dock, it was a very clean area with very little rock or debris. We absolutely loved it and will book again!!

Great place and great location. Host was super friendly and attentive. Our only issues were the boat didn't run well and the AC was set to not go below 73. Was a little hot in the bedrooms sleeping. Other than that it was a great stay. Would recommend to friends

Awesome stay at a great place. Exactly as described. Plenty to do to keep everyone busy regardless of weather or lake level. Quality time on the back porch or a quick nap in the hammock chairs make for a great afternoon. Great view to the open water from the backyard and the 2 recliners in the living room. Definately on the top of the list for every visit to Cedar Creek. Also, Milanos Pizza is really good!

We had such a great time at this place. The view was great and the sound of the waves on the water just give you sense of calm. The kids loved the rubber dockie and we even made it out on the pontoon. At peak sun time we came in out of the sun and enjoyed playing in the game room before heading back out into the water. Such a fun mini vacation! Even the beds and pillows were comfortable. John was such a great host. Communication with him was so easy. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay in John's nice lakefront house. Lots of fun outsides - firepit, grilling, relaxing on the patio. The lake was steps away from the house and easy to float/hang-out in. Floating pad was a great way to cluster people. House was comfortable and accomodated our group of 9. Really liked the dining take - we could easily get 8 around it but feel close together. John was very responsive and helpful...

This was the perfect lakehouse for me and my two boys (8 and 10 years old). The location is ideal--easy to get to, but still tucked away. It was nice to have one of the bridges nearby as a visual cue out on the lake for how to get back to the house. The house was clean and easy to manage. My boys thought the game room was the coolest thing ever. I did, too, for that matter. John was an amazing host. He communicated early and clearly, was responsive, and was *incredibly* patient with me (as I had almost no experience with lakehouses or watercraft, and it showed). Hoping to go back again!

Great communication with owner - and he was available any time to answer questions. I did give him a hard time that he needed to update listing as we were supposed to find he had added WiFi! Awesome property with plenty of space and sleeping areas for a guys weekend. Made great use of the charcoal pit for grilling steaks, the pool table, swimming mat, and kitchen table that doubled as a great poker table each night!

My family and I had an amazing weekend at this spectacular lake house property. John the owner was very helpful and completely went out of his way to make our stay amazing! I called him to let him know one of the boats was not running properly and he actually came out on a Saturday morning early and had the boat running great for a full day of family fun on the lake. Can’t say enough great things about the house and most importantly the owner! We are already trying to plan our next visit to this property! I would definitely recommend this property’s to all my friends and family! Thanks again for making our weekend memorable and great John. TB

We had a group of ten guys coming in for a college reunion weekend on the lake. This house was perfect for our group. The dock has everything you could want at a lake including large group rafts that easily fit our entire group for lounging around. We spent a lot of our time in the backyard, it was perfect for playing corn hole (which we brought, but John has plenty of good games including badminton) and other backyard games. We cooked almost every meal on his grill and they had everything you could need in the kitchen in order to serve a big group dinner. We spent every night in the garage/man cave where John has a great pool table, ping pong table and big screen TV perfect for watching sports. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for any guys weekend getaway, our only regret is not spending the extra money on the boat, but we will make sure to do that next time!

We had a family gathering with some of our kids and grandkids and had a wonderful time! The property was well kept, both inside & out. Plenty of room for everyone, the kids enjoyed having their own space with the bunkbeds. The Man Cave was a fun hangout which we also used as a separate bedroom. The extra refrigerator in the man cave helped to store all our drinks since we brought all of our food for the trip. The boat rides were enjoyed by everyone and the boat worked well. We fished off the dock and even caught a few. The back porch was great, plenty of seating. Firepit was nice for our Smore's night. The outdoor shower was great washing off all the kids after they swam. I will have to say that the Floating Mat was the hit of the trip with the kids!! They absolutely loved it. Thank you for letting us use your home to make some memories! The Kelly Family
