"What a fantastic experience it was staying here. Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman. The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble. "My family and I stayed at Radisson during November 2025 in lake view suites and deluxe and triple rooms as we were a large group. We were received with a warm welcome from the first day and were taken care of well by the entire staff. The Radisson Kandy is clean and well organized with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The hotel is also close to all of the local main attractions and the city center. We highly recommend staying at the Radisson Kandy for any traveller."
