"It was a great stay. Nice, clean, quiet property. Great shower as well. I ended up leaving in a hurry and forgot my jacket. The staff has been so kind and courteous. Mrs Lesia and Alexus have gone above and beyond to assist me with getting it back and walking me through the entire process. I will definitely stay here again. You can never put a price on excellent customer service. Five star all the way!"

"Stayed for 6 nights in May 2025. Spacious and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping sent me messages when they couldn't clean the room when I had the do not disturb on to arrange an alternate time for cleaning as well. One suggestion would be to have brighter lighting in the bathrooms and also better sign posting to come to the upper level check in desk at the South Tower, especially when you get dropped off at the North Tower carpark late in the night 😊"

"The Hyatt is in the middle of Atlanta, which makes it easy to park your car for the stay and be able walk to all of the downtown attractions! There are also numerous options for eating right in the hotel if you would rather not leave. The staff were kind and helpful. If you have. Chance for a balcony room take it! The views are amazing. "
