"The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."

"Stayed one night, very clean and easy check in. Lots of little kids toys etc. could really use some cards or adult games. Water was also set for protection of very young children, could have been set a bit higher. Overall very nice location and communication with host."

The location is a safe small family oriented housing community. Even a little playground down the street. The only drawback to the location is that you really can’t walk anywhere- but that seems to be true for all of this residential area of Jacksonville.
