"We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was clean and very well taken care of. It felt like being at home.The kids loved the pool! And we all loved how spacious it was. They had all the amenities we needed plus some! Definitely would stay again and recommend everyone else to!"

"This property was perfect for our sisters baby shower, plenty of room for people to move around! The outdoor pool was beautiful and well kept! The inside was better than the pictures show and much more roomy than expected! All the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. "

"The renovations were marvelous but there were issues getting to the property:1) The stated address is incorrect and needs to be updated.2) The exact location of which building to enter wasn’t listed.Also, you can hear your neighbors Very Clearly and there was extremely limited hot water for the shower (regardless if the adjoining property used the water or not).Otherwise, very clean and beautifully decorated."

"I came down from SC with two 18 year olds, a 17 year old and a 16 year old to see the Gator Bowl. We lucked up on this listing for Jacksonville. Great location, very clean and comfortable house with a super cute backyard/courtyard, where another cottage is. The owner lives next door and was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiry. I hope to have another occasion to come to Jacksonville and rent this awesome house!"
