You need to speak Portuguese to stay here as they do not speak much English. The billing is a hard as they charge for stuff then credit and you have to watch what's going on my expense report will be a nightmare.

No período de 7 a 9 nov, reservei 1 quarto para minha esposa e sua irmã pernoitarem em Macaé. Na madrugada do dia 8, minha cunhada acordou com vulto no quarto. Ela levantou e constatou que a porta do quarto estava encostada.Noite seguinte não dormiram no hotel com medo. Assunto foi levado posteriormente ao sipervisor do hotel para verificação. Até hoje nso tive retorno.

O hotel é maravilhoso!!! A equipe (recepção, limpeza, garagem) são todos muito gentis. A cama é mega confortável o chuveiro top, o café da manhã é completíssimo, não tem nada para deixar no mais ou menos tudo é perfeito.
