This area leads out to a terrace. There are two double bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 135 cm wide and 190 cm long. Additionally, there is a children's room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. The kitchen is well-appointed with four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool area.
