"Hôtel très propre dans un cadre idyllique en face du célèbre fleuve de Ferreira do Zezere. La piscine est immense et les chambres ont le confort nécessaire pour y passer plusieurs jours. Seule ombre au tableau le manque de proximité avec supermarché, restaurants etc. Hôtel très isolé. Le ménage n'a pas été fait de la semaine dans ma chambre, ce que je trouve très limite pour un hôtel de ce standing. "

"A maneira como nos trataram é um escândalo. 8 pessoas alugam uma casa no meio Portugal, fazem uma viagem de carro durante 2horas, com os carros cheios de comida, bebida, gelo e roupas para passar 3 noites e somos completamente deixados ao abandono pela VRBO. Mandaram-nos arranjar um hotel às 10 da noite para 8 pessoas e deram-nos um budget ridículo para encontrar casa à última da hora para passar as seguintes duas noites. Ganhem vergonha! Queremos o reembolso e indemnização por todos os danos...

"Wir haben in einem Zelt geschlafen und die Nacht wirklich genossen. Es ist echt ein Erlebnis und wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Der Service und die Kommunikation sind großartig. Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und diese möglich gemacht. Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Perfect hotel for a stay in Tomar
"Very confortable, beautiful and well appointed room. Towels for pool, nespresso machine, confortable matresses and bed linenss. Friendly welcome and lots of information on Tomar activities by Claudia. We had lunch at Biscaia (some of the best foos we had in Portugal) and dinner at Belpaço (disappointing). Highly recommended the hotel."
