"We stayed here in February and the staff were amazing! Last night we arrived around 11 no smile . I had reserved a first floor room for handicapped older lady with me because it’s such a long walk. He gave me third floor with one bed. I had to go back to the desk and ask for a different room . He never responded or apologized. Too completey different experiences!"
