"I had an amazing stay at this STAYZ! The host was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process seamless. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the private spaces, like games room and a BBQ area. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home. "A very poor experience - the house was dirty - I had to clean the kitchen - the fridge was full of meat that wasn't frozen and smelt - it was so unhygenic we didn't eat in it - the bedroom was musty and had cobwebs throughout - the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper - someone arrived home at 11.30 and let dogs into the house so that I was bailed up in the bathroom.we want a refund for a very poor experience"
