"Great little pub and restaurant with tea rooms annexed (that also do a breakfast). The noise from the bar travelled up but thats to be expected. The bed could have been comfier."

The owner who I think was called Laura was extremely helpful with local knowledge about the walking routes that are available and she even let us borrow a map. The area is beautiful and a walkers paradise. We will return to this Inn."

"We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the four poster bed was lovely as well. The food at the hotel is very nice and very well priced and the real ales are superb. Although they don’t do breakfast there are plenty of places to get breakfast, we used Ye Old Nags Head and for £10.95 it was value for money. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at The Peak Hotel and will be staying...

"Room was lovely, spacious , bathroom was spacious and clean. Shower was great. Building is really old so big high ceilings old windows etc . Would definitely stay again. We had breakfast which was great apart from our toast arrived some time after breakfast, seems a bit petty but they weren’t busy and a really simple fix, they also only brought white so I had to go and find someone for some brown. However, the breakfast was nice. "
