Gostei da casa mas percebi ambientes com cheiro forte devido mofos e infiltração. Principalmente o quarto debaixo impossível de dormir o cheiro muito forte. Utensílios muito sujos, precisando de faxina.

A casa é ótima, super completa, colchões camas e utensílios domésticos. recebeu uma família de 7 adultos e 3 crianças com muito conforto. A localização é muito boa também, fica a 40 minutos das praias em Maceió, e a 15 minuto de Paripueira, existe um pequeno comércio com mercado e farmácia a 10 minutos de distância. O atendimento do caseiro Adriano e do Proprietário foram excelentes. Voltaria com certeza.

Realmente muito confortável a casa, o proprietário realmente muito atencioso. Nao gostamos apenas da distância pra praia (na media 900 mts), pra quem vai sem carro como nos ficou ruim andar 2 km pra ir e voltar pra praia com idoso e crianca.

Foram 12 dias de muito conforto e descanso. Região paradisíaca. A casa é ótima e linda. Condomínio tranquilo e bem vigiado. A localização do condomínio é estratégica para conhecer outras praias próximas e até mais distantes como São Miguel dos Milagres (Lit. Norte) ou Praia do Gunga (Lit. Sul), ambas com tempo de 1,5/2h de deslocamento. Sugiro aluguel de carro para deslocamentos. O proprietário da casa, Gustavo, foi muito atencioso e prestativo em tudo que precisamos, perfeito anfitrião.

O proprietário, Gustavo, fioi atencioso desde a contratação. Nos ajudou com tudo. Esteve sempre pronto a cooperar com informações dos mais variados aspectos. Quanto ao imóvel, perfeito para 6 pessoas. Casa linda e em perfeitas condições. Localização incrível. A Segurança no condomínio é 24 horas, ou seja, você terá paz. A praia é paradisíaca e semi-deserta. Recomendo. Espero voltar em outras oportunidades. Foram 7 ótimos dias nesse paraíso.
