Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Irresponsabilidade

Não conseguir ter acesso a minha reserva...paguei, recebi o recido e ao chegar no local a proprietária tinha alugado pra outra pessoa. Literalmente fiquei na rua com a familia. Todos os hotéis estavam lotados e passei muita dificuldade.
