Dizem ter ar condicionado. Mentira, sĆ³ tem ar condicionado de baixa potĆŖncia no quarto. Cozinha/sala SER AR CONDICIONADO. O Blackout do quarto nĆ£o funciona tive que dormir exposto Ć  luz e Ć s janelas do apartamento vizinho. NĆ£o algum e evite aborrecimentos.

Lugar excelente!!! Um pouco descuidado da limpeza, e depreciado pelo mau uso dos locatĆ”rios, mas a localizaĆ§Ć£o muito boa! A piscina precisa de maiores cuidados (por isso nĆ£o tomei banho nela), embora a vista fosse prazerosa e tenha nos proporcionado algumas selphies bem bonitas.
