"Ich habe die Unterkunft bereits im März 2021 gebucht, bezahlt und bestätigt bekommen. Leider war bei meiner Ankunft weder die Bestätigung noch das Geld da. Aufgrund Corona habe ich noch ei Zimmer bekommen, musste aber jede Woche cash bezahlen. Auf mehrere Emails an Vbro bekam ich keine Antwort. Nun fahre ich wieder nach Hause und werde einen Anwalt beauftragen, um den im Voraus bezahlten Betrag zurück zu erhalten. Soviel zu Vbro. Die Unterkunft war ok."

"【The owner and its name has changed to Backpacker’s paradise】 到着後、支払済にも関わらず予約が無効扱いされました。 オーナーが変更したため、エクスペディア経由で申し込んだ予約・支払は昔のオーナーになされている、知らないとの理由でした。 当初自分で連絡して返金してもらうように言われましたが、小1時間の交渉の末、追加支払いなしで部屋をあてがってもらえました。 施設は良かったです。Wi-Fiは入らない部屋が多いので注意が必要ですが、割り切ってしまえば問題なかったです。"
