Largo dos Milagres, a Home in Madeira

Largo dos Milagres is an apartment in Machico city centre near the ocean and is ideal for two people.

The apartment is a 38 m2 studio and comprises two single beds, sofa, kitchen, bathroom and city view from the window.

The apartment is equipped with refrigerator, washer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is in Machico city centre just 300 m from the sea and about 4 km from the airport.

Within walking distance there are shops, supermarkets and attraction centres.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, has a bus station nearby and has easy access to the main roads.



REMARKS

There are cafes in the square and a street that passes close to the building with the potential for noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open.

Private parking is not available in the property, but free and paid street parking places are available nearby (50-400 m).

The bed sizes are 184x90 cm.

Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Any malfunctions, incidents or faults in the initial cleaning must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be checked and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Issues reported late for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.

6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
