"We enjoyed our stay. Spacious and clean!"

"This place is so great, and the host is so kind & helpful."

"We stayed the night without having any contact with the staff. The room key was in a lock box. The code was emailed to me. A steep staircase led to the second floor. The room was larger than I expected for a Japanese hotel in that price range."

"More character than a typical hotel if you want to feel like you're somewhere more traditional. Beds are comfy and the staff is very kind and helpful. Only warning if you're tall, be careful as there are some low doors."

"The stay was peaceful"

"Great location and easy check in. Everything was perfect minus the weird smell of bathroom (perhaps cleaned with old rags). The beds were comfortable and there was just enough space. Really enjoyed this stay"

"Great staff, cozy vibes and walkable distance to beach and many other highly interesting places."

"Loved our stay, very clean and comfortable!"

"It's fine for a short stay with the intention to spend the day exploring Tokyo."

"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! We were able to leave our bags on the day of checkout and explore the area before heading onto our next destination."

"Convenient access to trains, shopping and food"

"The staff was super friendly, my girlfriend and I had a great time, and the breakfast is 100% worth going to as you'll probably have a good conversation with the other people staying the night there"

"Very clean, very nice staff. Beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable for longer stays, but just a few days and they would be fine. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Overall a good 7 or 8 out of 10 hotel."

"Close to airport, very cosy!"

"The staff was super friendly and the vibe was very personal perfect location next to beach"

"Loved the short walk to the beach"

"とても心地よく過ごせました。朝夕、ご飯も美味しく。露天風呂も良かったです。 ありがとうございました。"
