Spotless room. Good service overall. Great for one night stay in Aguas Calientes before ascending Machu Picchu. They were kind enough to have someone meet us at the train station to direct us to the hotel. And the very early breakfast (starting at 5am) was much appreciated.

Our stay at the Tara hotel Machu Picchu was excellent. They had someone meet us at the train station to help with bags and to show us the location of the hotel. They allowed us for early check in and were accommodating our entire stay. Breakfast in the morning was nice, and they had eggs made to order. The location along the river was great and it was close to the hot springs in Aquas Calientes. We would definitely stay here again.

Good experience and would recommend. Good value for a big bedroom. The hotel picked me up at the train station on time, so that was great. Room itself was clean and the staff was friendly. Location is not too far from the train station, about a 7 minute walk.

Hotel was very comfortable. Probably the biggest bed i have ever seen. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room can be a little loud. There is a vent in the bathroom that lets sound travel very well from rooms above and below. Staff were very accomodating when we had a noisy upstairs guest. The got them to turn down music. Otherwise a very comfortable hotel
