The owner/manager was very polite and helpful. He found for us good room the same day, because we had to resign from Waman Hotel in Aguas Calientes (rooms for the price they asked were terrible). Staying two days in Viandina MachuPicchu we are giving FIVE Stars for the room, the stuff and total service.

Is a nice hotel , clean and a very friendly people . They give me a warm welcome and they try to make me feel as comfortable as possible. And is close to a street with a lot to f store, restaurant and shop .

We had a fantastic stay at Viandina Machupicchu! The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the incredible service—a special shoutout to Rafael and the entire staff, who were amazingly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help make our stay comfortable. For the price, this hotel is an absolute bargain. The value you get for your money is unbeatable, making it an ideal base for visiting Machu Picchu. The only minor drawback was some street noise at night, so packing a pair of earplugs is a good idea if you are a light sleeper. Overall, the warmth of the team far outweighs the noise. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!

The location of this place is ideal for visitors, with everything within walking distance. However, the breakfast options are extremely limited, and the cold water in the shower made our stay quite challenging, especially with kids in tow. We brought this to their attention, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address our concerns. Overall the room space is big.

If youre looking for a nice place to stay in Aguas Calientes on your trip to Machu Picchu, the Viandina Machu Picchu is a great place to stay in. Rafael the owner is very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our overnight stay in this hotel. The location is accessible to the machu picchu pueblo which is center to everything, nice restaurants and places to see.

The hotel room was very clean with a nice view of the street from the window and a peaceful sound of the river. The beds were very comfortable and neatly prepared for our arrival. The bathroom was also clean, but the shower didn't have hot water initially. The older gentleman at the front desk was very kind and he fixed the issue right away after letting him know. The rest of the staff was also very hospitable because they cooked eggs to order in different styles during the complimentary breakfast in the morning and they offered to store our bags while we were out during the day.
