"We were so happy to find this hotel, the staff was amazing. The hotel so beautiful. They had a free Buffett every morning. Also free buffet in the late afternoon. The location is perfect to get everywhere you want to go. If you are not sure where to stay then stay here you will love it. "

"We opted for this rather than a hotel. It was cheaper and there was a bus directly to the center where all the shops are. The restaurant food was delicious. Only down side was that many of the drying machines were down at the time we were there. Made laundry more of a struggle then it had to be. Beside that everything was nice and beautiful!"

"Such a beautiful and cool property!! The location was fantastic and the staff was really nice. We stayed in a king room, and the high ceilings and large open room was such a luxury. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the lighting in the bathroom is good too. The hotel is right along the river, and there are many restaurants and shops an easy walk away. We are so happy with our choice to stay at this property for our stay in Florence. We would highly recommend this hotel, and in fact I already recommended it to a friend who will be in Florence this summer!"
