The hotel is perfect for those looking for convenience and relaxing atmosphere while in the heart of Florence. Bit of a downside is that it can be noisy if your room is by the staircase and facing the street like ours. Hotel also requires you to leave your room key whenever you go out, which seems odd but didn’t have any issues with it. "
