Have adventures and relax with the whole family. Visit our ranch with breathtaking views of the Lost River Valley. Surrounded by public land, access vast recreational areas or visit nearby historic Mackay for dinner and a movie at the restored theater. Newly built, luxurious cabin provides easy access to ATV, hiking, and horse trails, with available corral. View wildlife, enjoy colorful sunsets and contact us for a list of local activities. Additional cabin available for larger groups.
Guest access
The entire cabin is yours. There is much to explore outdoors as we are surrounded by forest service land. The cabin sits at the mouth of a canyon that has trails for miles and a beautiful meadow at the top that you can visit.

We couldn't have been happier when we first arrived. The cabin was perfect, it was just what we needed. Some much required peace and quiet. The fun part for me was that it was about 3 mi off the main road and at first I thought we must be lost.. turns out, that's exactly what we needed ! To get lost out on one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. One tip! Make sure you have AWD or 4x4.. it is not a paved road out there but very drivable with the right vehicle. Majestic views ! We Watched 2 great sunsets from the front porch. Mackay ID has some of the prettiest scenery I've had the pleasure of visiting and do yourself a favor and take an ATV excursion, you won't be sorry.. we will definitely stay here again.

This cabin is well appointed with a spectacular view of the valley and ranchlands outside of Mackay. The back is to the mountains and the front is facing the valley. We sipped our coffee watching pronghorn antelope out front. I can definitely recommend this cabin or for a couple to get away.

Excellent views out in the country

The cabin is great! The views are lovely. It is about 10 minutes to town, but not a big deal. Be advised, you do have to open and close two gates every time you come and go. I would have liked to have known this in advance, as a disabled person. Loved all the incredible scenery in the area. Good communication from the host.
