"We absolutely loved our stay! Our suite was incredibly spacious and offered plenty of room for our entire family to feel comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which truly makes a difference. This hotel is one of our favorites in Mackinaw City, and we happily return about twice a year."

"Very noisy. Could hear talking in the next room. We were also by the entrance hallway and the heater on the entrance wall was like an alarm clock going off every time it started. "

"2 of the windows did not lock, screens were ripped or missing, host did not reply to 2 separate phone calls from VRBO and 2 others since then, there was a loose board at the entrance, the stove was gross, there was no bedroom door on one of the bedrooms, we couldn't figure out the heater (it ended up getting extremely hot before we did), there was no hot water. In addition, VRBO has refused our request for a full refund."

"The property is not decorated remotely like the photos. Bare walls. Everything is very dated and rundown. The house is large with lots of room but a house that size has to be cleaned much better. Bad dust everywhere, floors were sticky, inside all of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. Half the lights in the house didnt work or we the fixtures were missing. Dishwasher was broken, washing machine smelled really bad. Outside landscaping, everything was overgrown and unkept. The path to the driveway is off putting and can be hard to find the first time around. A simple sign would help or a seperate drive directly to the house. We cleaned then stayed but would not rent again."
