Unfriendly staff. Floors did not look like they had been mopped in months. I liked it that they were pet friendly. Did not use the hot tub, unsure about how sanitary it was. Location was close to sights. We used the coupons for meals that was offered to us. We would not stay here again.

The beds were comfortable. There was no battery in the smoke detector and the tv didn’t work. We called the staff for both issues and they did come right away. The water only got to like warm so we couldn’t shower.

Good for the money

Clean, quiet and close to the main tourist shopping area and ferry to Mackinac Island. There was a free shuttle to the ferry as well.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location, not too close to the tourist areas, but also a quick walk/bike/drive to them. New flooring, but the rest could use a refresh. Electrical outlets need updated. We stayed 6 nights.
