"I liked that the toilet flushed. I liked that the water ran. I liked that the lights turned on and off. I liked that my TV didn’t work.
I didn’t like that my TV didn’t work.
Overall, I would give this fine establishment of lodging 5 premium stars."

"The room was very clean and the property was themed well. It was so nice having the attached cafe the next morning and the chai was so yummy! The only complaint is that the room was super humid, I don’t know if the air conditioner was working quite correctly. And the o my concern is that the access doors into the building seemed to be unlocked all the time. It wasn’t clear if they locked over night. There was a code to one of the doors but each time we used it, it was unlocked. Otherwise a pleasant stay!"
Beautiful, timber frame, lake house with an amazing view!
10/10 Excellent
"We had a FANTASTIC 4-night stay with friends at this lovely, cabin-cozy lake house. Very large, bright, and tons of room for everyone. The kitchen had ample counter space and a big ol pantry for dry food storage, a Traeger and Blackstone outside to cook on, ice maker, multiple refrigerators, dishwasher, utensils, and cooking equipment. The only thing I couldn't find was a can opener which was fine because I didn't actually want those tomatoes anyway. The dining table seats one thousand people so you can invite the whole town of Avon over for supper and still have room to spare. All three showers had the essentials, and towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, all the things we needed during our stay and for clean-up were available. The house was super clean upon arrival; no weird smells or creepy mystery stains were uncovered. So many choices for hang out spots, we moved around throughout our stay to take advantage of the different areas. You can park a boatload of cars in the driveway and a carload of boats at the dock, but we didn't have a lake member with us... or a boat... so we took full advantage of the lake with our floaty tubes every day. Doug was super-duper responsive and helpful with any questions leading up to our stay. Overall, big fan and would 11/10 return to this property."
"Was a last minute stay on our road trip. The check in process was easy. The staff was kind and friendly. We got to speak with the owner who was very kind and always asking if we needed anything. The room was large and very clean. We will definitely go back when we are in town again."
Charming 2-bedroom apartment with a full furnished kitchen in Ipava
10/10 Excellent
"The apartment has rustic cabin vibes and was perfect for our one night stay. Our son was running the Relay for America, and his segment start was only .3 miles away. PERFECT! The place was very clean (but did have a “closed up” smell which could be remedied by opening windows for a period of time), and the host was very responsive to any messages sent. Thank you for a great stay!"
